In the heart of Miami Design District, a vision was born, and ANDstudio was entrusted with the task of bringing it to life. We embarked on an extraordinary journey, a full gut renovation of approximately 8,000 square feet of existing space, including a private ground floor elevator vestibule, setting the stage for a dynamic and contemporary workspace.

This was no ordinary project; it was a bold statement of innovation, collaboration, and modernity.

The Highlights:

The renovated office space now boasts an expansive conference room, providing an ideal setting for meetings, presentations, and collaborative discussions. Around the perimeter of the office, approximately six private offices were meticulously designed to offer a balance between privacy and connectivity.

A central open-concept workspace area was conceived to facilitate teamwork and flexibility, offering at least six dedicated desks for team members. Throughout the office, strategic placement of flexible workstations and inviting breakout zones cater to varied work styles and impromptu brainstorming sessions.

The renovation also included the modernization of bathrooms and the introduction of a sleek kitchenette to provide a comfortable and efficient workspace environment.

A discrete wholesale office, spanning approximately 250 square feet, features separate access to the exterior corridor, ensuring both privacy and convenience for its occupants. It also connects seamlessly with the main office space.

Adjacent to the main office area, an enticing tasting room/bar area was conceived, adding a touch of sophistication and versatility to the workspace. This space is perfect for client meetings or after-hours relaxation.

Thoughtful design includes dedicated storage areas for material samples, drawings, and other miscellaneous items, ensuring an organized and clutter-free workspace.

ANDstudio embraced the challenge of transforming this space into a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. The result is a dynamic, contemporary office environment that caters to various needs while fostering creativity, collaboration, and productivity.
