ANDstudio was hired to renovate this dated apartment, perfectly located in Miami Beach's iconic 'South of Fifth' neighborhood, into a classic timeless home. The objective was to integrate the common areas, highlighting the 360 ​​view. We moved the kitchen and relocated it to a central location, making it the heart of the home. In its place, we designed a new dining room and wet bar with direct views of the city. We incorporated noble materials, cozy textures and warm colors, highlighting architectural details with lighting resources throughout the entire apartment.
