The Dining Room offers backyard access, while the Family Room provides a comfortable retreat with space for a large TV.

Upstairs, the home includes three ensuite bedrooms, including a stunning Primary Suite, and a versatile Lounge/Library for work or relaxation.

Outdoor spaces highlight native Florida landscaping, a private outdoor shower, and a staircase to the Primary Bedroom terrace. Local materials like coral stone and limestone add authenticity, grounding the home in its South Florida roots.
