ANDstudio was hired to update a dated 3-bedroom 5-bathroom house in Coconut Grove. It was a full gut renovation/reconfiguration of existing kitchen, laundry and breakfast area, living room, bathroom and den area at first floor into large great room, dining room, guest bedroom and bathroom. The second floor was reconfigured to create a larger master suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet), sitting area and two bedrooms with their own respective en suite bathrooms. We raised the ceilings in renovated areas as much as possible, including exposing ceilings at second floor and addition of roof garden above the kitchen and garage.
