ANDstudio was hired to alter and design a minor addition to existing single-family home in the Buena Vista neighborhood in Miami, Florida.
The request was to relocate the main entry door, design a new hardscape around property with a new 4'-0" tall perimeter wall, with vehicle, and pedestrian gate, and enclose existing second floor terrace with new addition.

Being in a Historic District, the challenge of this project was to maintain the front of the house, and restore it.
