ANDstudio was entrusted with the transformation of a single-family residence nestled in the heart of a traditional gated community in Coconut Grove. The project involved a complete renovation of a distinguished 4-story townhouse within the prestigious Cloisters enclave.

Our approach was marked by seamless collaboration with Jaime Cunha Jr. throughout the pivotal phases of schematic design and design development.

We navigated the intricacies of the project, ensuring every detail aligned with the client's vision and elevated the essence of the Cloisters' prestigious ambiance.

A key feature of this project was the creation of a central staircase as the focal point of the townhouse, along with enclosing the entire base floor, which was previously an open porch, transforming it into an office with a private TV/media room and a full gym and a bath.

The outcome is a stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom fully renovated townhouse in the heart of North Coconut Grove.
