ANDstudio was hired to design an exciting expansion project that will elevate the entertainment experience within the residence. The scope includes the creation of a new entertaining wing, an adjacent flex room with a cabana bathroom and fully equipped sauna, and a second floor addition above the garage.

The second floor features a new bedroom and bathroom seamlessly connected to the existing hallway. To accommodate this addition, the existing bedroom and bathrooms were reconfigured as well.

Additionally, enhancements to the main living space include the removal of a full bathroom off the kitchen/family room. This alteration allowed the reconfiguration of existing space, optimizing square footage to meet the client's evolving needs.

Furthermore, the outdoor area will undergo a revitalization, with the pool terrace being reconfigured to accommodate additional interior and covered exterior spaces. Highlights of this transformation include a new flex room, versatile as an office/TV room or gym, with an attached cabana bathroom accessible from the outside. A new outdoor covered dining pavilion and kitchen enhance the outdoor living experience.

The true challenge was in seamlessly integrating the new addition into the character and existing design of the house. The result is a harmonious blend of innovation and tradition, crafting an amazing home that surpasses expectations.
