In the heart of the enchanting Coconut Grove, ANDstudio was entrusted with a challenging task of designing a single-family residence that harmonizes with the serene waterfront, while embracing the essence of luxury and comfort.

With the ever-present challenge of rising water levels in Miami, the vision was clear: create a home that rises above, both physically and aesthetically. Thus, a stunning three-level structure was conceived, connected by a grand, sweeping spiral staircase that serves as the house's elegant spine. Crafted from noble and local materials, the residence seamlessly blends with the lush, natural landscape and captivating water views, creating a serene haven.

The house spans an impressive 12,132 square feet, with 6,636 square feet of meticulously designed interior space.

Ground Floor: As you enter, you're greeted by an expansive outdoor entertaining area, a large sparkling swimming pool, a four-car garage, a complete gym, bathrooms, a laundry room, mudroom, and service areas.

First Level: A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. Five en-suite bedrooms, including a grand primary suite.
