Elle Décor selected the penthouse of 250 Wynwood to be their location of the 2015 Modern Life Concept House, where 5 designers worked to transform each space. ANDstudio was hired to manage the successful execution of the designers spaces in time for Art Week, as well as design a custom bar for the oversized rooftop terrace, where many of the events would be held. Playing off the unique interlocking form of the building itself, we created a two-tiered bar which seamlessly allowed for bar height service as well as ADA accessibility.
