ANDstudio was hired to design and full-gut renovate, including a new two-story addition in a residence on The Ponce Davis neighborhood, in Miami.

The design includes the full interior/exterior renovation and the addition of new Family Room, Kitchen and Dining Room on the first floor, and the extension of the Primary’s Bedroom, including Hers and His Closets and Her and His Bathrooms on the second floor.

The outdoor area consists in the extension of a 60‘ Pool a new Cabana, Gym and Covered Outdoor Entertaining Area accessing the existing a Tennis Court.
